WHY PAY MY ACCOUNT

Every month I pay my account CASH before month-end, send Cell C proof of payment and EVERY SINGLE MONTH my account gets suspended for not being paid! After emailing the proof of payment through to Cell C - I was told my phone would be reinstated within 2 hours... Guess what - nearly three hours later still no connection, and after one consultant told me that they received the Proof of Payment, the next consultant cant see the payment on the system. Email was send to [Email Removed] as requested - surely they are using the SAME SYSTEM and should be able to see the email... if one can... why cant the other???
Not only is my account suspended, but also my internet as well as my daughter's - they could pick up her payment that was made on at the same time as mine!! I would have thought that seeing as Cell C made the up to start with, they would do everything in their power to reinstate our phones seeing as the account was paid before MONTH-END... still no joy.
Now I am being told that they are willing to open the accounts for 48 hours, we need to again send proof of payment!!! WHAT DE IS WRONG AT CELL C???
