I had an upgrade on my contract to a Samsung Galaxy S4 the phone worked perfectly for a month but then started giving problems, the battery started swelling causing the screen to lift and also some acid from inside the battery went into the phone. I then phoned Vodacom to explain the problem as the phone was still under guarantee I was told to take the phone to my nearest Vodacom shop which I did, it has been a week I have no job number no lone phone. I am a loyal Vodacom customer and very disappointed in the bad service I am receiving as a customer of Vodacom for many years I feel this is unacceptable. the imei no is 358188052400645 and the cell no is 0713327929. I am unable to use my sim as the sim is a micro sim and I do not even have a lone phone either which is unfair as I am a paying custome
