I have been with a few ISP on uncapped options but none have offered the consistent speeds and uninterrupted service. Well done to Afrihost. Not only can I download at top speeds I can also play games online with little to no lag.
Most ISPs service delivery degrades the longer you are with them (especially Mweb whom I will never support again) but so far so good with Afrihost.
Also your online interface is excellent. I was able to sign up for a FREE 1Gb account instantly to test your speeds without me having to wait for a consultant to get back to me or to hold on endlessly on the phone for assistance. After I was happy with your speeds and latency I decided to sign up for your Uncapped 2Mb option. That specific package might be cheaper elsewhere but the poor quality of consistent speeds and connections issues of those ISPs are reflected in the prices as well. You also offer cancellations the same month as long as it is before the 25th which shows your faith in your product, none of this calender month notice nonsense of the other guys which is just a cheap tactic to get you to stay with them.
