Bad servive and incompotance

Since I got a MTN cotract phone in Aug 2013 i had to deal with very unfriendly staff that clearly didn't know what to do a simple sim swap from vodacom number to mtn took 4 weeks after wich i had to settle for a new number or i would still not have a phone to use. In dec 2013 my phone started giviing problems it would not chare and would not switch on. I took the fone in on 7 dec again the unfriendly staff of the past my phone was taken and sent i I was told that they would phone after 3 weeks i whent in to check only to find my phone was back and noone bothered to notify me. On getting home i found that my phone was giving exact same problems. I took the phone back th next day and was told every thing is closed and they cant help me i must come back after 6 Jan 2014. when i went back i was greeeted by a very friendly young man (new to the store) he cleary seemed more clued up than any of the staff i delt with. I was told by him my phone will be replaced and i will be contacted in the next 3 days. problem now is that aprently the samsung S3 is no longer ditributed and i can only get a S4 mini otherwise i must pay in a redicolous amount of mony for the S4 i am not happy
