Supposed to be a new phone!!!

I am so sick and tired of Edgars and MTN. i had a major problem with my blackberry handset 9320, within a month of me having the phone it gave problems where it switched off while i was using it wheather i was browsing or just scrolling through the phone it will switch off automatically and then you will have to switch the phone on this happened 5-8 times a day.they sent the phone away for repairs after 4 weeks they gave the same phone back and the cellphone consultant couldn say what the they did to the phone, within the same day the phone gave the exact same problems. i then requested to speak to a managr and explained my frustration and problems. he then wrote a letter and said i will recieve a new phone. again 4 weeks later apparently a new phone was issued and not even a month later the exact same PROBLEM!! ya right a new phone.spoke to people that have this phone and none of them have this problem so its not common so the chances that they gave me the same problematic phone back are 10/10. i sat 8 weeks in total without a phone and sitting with the same problem the thing switches off all the time now. extrememly!!!
