In october 2012 i purchased a blackberry 9300 by december of the same year the phone started giving problems.(trackpad not working, phone freezing, ringer gone) Went into store into sat for 2 hours without been assisted to or phone been booked in. I left due to personal reasons without been assisted to. I returned in march only to be told phone needs to be repaired. Received phone after 3 weeks, only for the phone start giving problems 2 weeks later. I went back the store only to be told by the manager at mtn repairs theres nothing that he can do to assist me, and that i have to send the phone back in. The phone was sent back to the store in 5 days whereby i was not contacted. When i called mtn service centre they told me that the phone was sent back about 2 weeks earlier to the store, which i was not contacted about. The phone is now giving me the same problems. I am frustrated and dissappointed with the service that i have been receiving. This should not have been happening due to the fact that it was a brand new phone that i had purchased. Can i please get some kind of assistance urgently cause i am tired of running up and down regarding this phone.
