11 years with Cell c and have had enough

I went to Cell C and told the staff the exact requirements needed for me, they told me the S3 mini is perfect. I then asked around and people told me it was a good phone. So I upgraded my contract on the 09-10-2013. The staff set it up for me on site and I left sort off happy (considering I'm a NOKIA guy) took my first Samsung. They told me IF I'M UNHAPPY WITH THE PHONE IN THE NEXT 7 DAYS I CAN BRING IT BACK AND COULD GET ANOTHER PHONE. I was having problems with the Battery life, lost signal, cant send emails with attachments, phone freezing, navigation and the scroll down bar not scrolling. I took it back and asked for a new phone as it was 7 days old. I was told they have to book it in and access it and get back to me.
This is not satisfactory to me as I was told differently. To top this, while im sitting there a woman comes in and gets her new S3 mini and is told the same thing I was told. I couldn't get to speak to a manager or anyone, so I left the phone there and walked out. Iv been with Cell C for 11 years now and only had 2 problems with them in that time. There service has gone down very badly over the last 3 years. Im cancelling my 7 Cell C sims on Monday. Disgusting.
