Bought a new phone in mid 2013.
Phone gave major problems.
TTS took it in to repair it... upgraded software.
Phone returned in a week.
Major problems persisted.
Took phone back to TTS for further repairs, TTS replaced every component. (...a bit extreme??)
Collected phone 2 weeks later.
Phone now gave an error message upon start-up "PHONE NOT FOR RESALE"
Turns out TTS replaced original components with demo phone parts!!!..!!!
Took it back to TTS... they took it in and said they would talk to Samsung about replacing the phone.
4 weeks went by and didn't here from TTS.
In the meantime I contacted Samsung myself and organized a replacement phone.
Contacted TTS about pooor service... they responded to it saying "we'll look into it"
After nearly 6 months from the point when my phone started with major problems, Samsung delivered my replacement hand set... Many thanks to Samsung.
Today (09/01/2014 many many weeks since TTS took in the handset) I get a phone call from TTS asking if the problem was rectified... THANKS FOR NOTHING TTS!!! I DID IT MYSELF!!!
Still no acknowledgment from TTS about my complaint about their poor service.
NEVER USING TTS FOR ANYTHING EVERY AGAIN!!!
