MY PHONE CRASHED ON MONDAY I CALLED MTN N GOT TOLD THEY WIL BOOK IT IN AND WILL SEND A LOAN PHONE TOO, FRIDAY TWELVE NOON I STILL DID NOT GET THE PHONE CALLED 808 GOT TRANFARED TO INSURANCE AND THEN THIS RUMANIA LADY TOLD ME I DOT PAY HER BUT PAY MTN SO IF I CANNOT WAIT I CAM SOME GET THE PHONE MYSELF.
EVENTUALLY I GOT THE PHONE AND GUESS WHAT THE LOAN PHONE IS NOT WORKING TOO, AND ITS NOT THE SAME MAKE AS MY INSURED PHONE SO I DO NOT EVEN BLODDY KNOW HOW IT WORKS.
THE BOTTONS ARE VERY HARD N THE SCROLL BUTTON DOES NOT WORK. LIKE SERIOUSLY I PAY FOR SERVICE TO BE RENDERED AND THIS ID PATHETIC SO MTNSP INSURANCE MUST GIVE ME EACH AND EVERY CENT I PAID TOWARDS INSURING MY PHONE COZ I BET I WILL GET A BETTER PHONE THAN THE SCRAP OF A LOAN PHONE THEY GAVE ME.
FIRST AN STINKING ATTITIDE FROME THIS RUMANIA LADY, DELAY IN DELIVERY NOW A BROKEN PHONE? NOO I AM SORRY BUT THIS IS REDICULOUS I WANT MY MONEY
