When i took out a contact with escape the counsultant took the incorrect bank acc number which i was not aware off, they did not contact me to inform me that my contract was with escape was not being paid until i received a call from creditworx debit collecters, when i went to escape they made it seem as it was my fault and they didnt wanna listen to anything i had to say, in fear off being handed over to debit collecters i paid the outstanding amount, the lady assured me that it will be sorted out.
Today the 08/01/2014 i received a sms stating that im being handed over once again for not paying but according to my bank statments the debit has being going through every month. when i spoke to a lady by the name of eve she informed that payment on my contract is up to date and she does not know what im talking about, she contacted creditworx who said that i was handed over for non payment. I have been waiting all day to get an email from eve regarding the matter and nothing has been done.
my life has been put on hold thanks to some ones incompertence.
