I have a complaint. I get paid one the 15th of every month, in June month on the 15th a got a phone call from Lewis telling me 2 come and pay my account, of which was nt in arrears! Then when I phoned them very upset, cause they phoned on the day that I get paid! They simply relied it's head office nt the branch! Bt yet it was from the area code number!
Then today on the 20 August a gentleman came 2 my house! I was asleep due 2 the fact that I am working nightshift! The gentleman told my mother in law that I have nt paid my account since June!!!
The problem with that is I did and have the slips. I went and paid my account on saterday the 17 th and my Lewis slip says I am in arrears of 138 Rand! Which I am aware of!
My payment a month is more than what it should be, and the amount is being paid! So why am I being harassed!
When I phone today the lady that handles my account said that's what the system said on saterday! When she looked in the system she said she can see I am in arrear's 4 R138! That when the men was sent to my house the system showed on saterday another story!
She said they can't get hold of me! Bt the sales ppl knw my number 2 come buy!!!
