THEY REPOSESED MY FURNITURE

I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WTH RUSSELS FOR A 4PLATE STOVE AND WASHING MACHINE, MY INSALMENT WAS R540.. AS MONTH WENT BY THERE WERE MNTHS THAT I WASSNT ABLE TO PAY MY ACC BUT A CONSULTANT CALLED ME AND WE AGREED DAT I SHOULD PAY R600 SINCE MY ACC WAS IN AREARS.I PAID THAT R600 AND DURING AND SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER I DIDNT PAY MY ACC BECAUSE MY SON WAS SICK AND HE NEEDED MEDICAL ATTENTION .NOW ON THE 13NTH OF THIS MONTH TWO GUYS CAME TO MY PLACE THEY TOLD ME THATTHEY ARE FROM ADRS AND THEY CAME TO FETCH THE STOVE AND WASHING MACHINE.I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THE BUT THE SAID THE MANAGER TOLD THE TO FETCH THE STUFF UNLESS I GAVE THEM R1000 BECAUSE I DDNT HV THE MONEY I ASKED THEM TO LEAVE THEM AND I WIL MAKE A PLAN DURING THE DAY BUT THE REFUSED.I WENT TO RUSELS AND TALK TO THE MANAGER BUT SHE SAID IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM ANYMORE THAT I SHOULD PAY THE AREARS WITHIN 10 DAYS OR THE ARE GOING TO PAWN THE STUFF AND PAY MY ACC AND SHOULD THE MONEY NOT B ENOUGH I WIL HAVE TO PAY THE REST OF THAT MONEY..THEY DDNT EVEN CAL ME IN ADVANCE OT NOTIFY ME.UNTIL THIS DAY NOONE IS TELLING ME ANYTHNG, I FEEL THAT MY RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER HAVE BEEN VIOLATED
