LAST WEEK DATED 09/10/13 I MADE A COMPLAINT WITH MTN CALL CENTRE TO FIND OUT WHY MY CELLPHONE LINE HAS BEEN CUT OFF BBM AND THEY (MTN) TOLD ME THAT IT HAS BEEN CHANGED TO CONTRACT WITH NASHUA MOBILE, I THEN COINTACT NASHUA MOBILE AND THEY TOLD ME I MUST CALL EDGARS CELLPHONE INQUIRIES, I THEN DID AND THE LADY BY THEN (WEDNESDAY BTWN 2-3PM) TOLD ME SHE HAD LOGGED AT DEACTIVATION FOR THE LINE AND IT SHOULD CHANGE TO PREPAID IN THE NEXT 24-48HRS OF THE THE TIME (WEDNESDAY 09/10/13) I PHONED THE FOLLOWING DAY AND TOLD ME THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE FEEDBACK FROM NASHUA MOBILE WHICH WAS A REVERSE PROCESS AGAIN. I WAITED FOR 48 HOURS BUT TO MY SURPRISE NOTHING HAD CHANGED ON SATURDAY, I THEN FONED NASHUA MOBILE AND A LADY BY THE NAME IYANDA TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD GET AN ACTIVATION BY THE NEXT 2 HOURS, UNTIL TODAY I PHONED NASHUA MOBILE THEY ARE STILL TELLING ME TO PHONE EDGARS BECAUSE THEY CANT HELP ME. PLEASE HELP
