I was at the hospital begining of December, they told me my medical aid will pay my account, a week or two later Medi Clinic sents me an sms that the medical aid didn't pay R863.00 and I am responsible, they will sent me a bill. They also phone my husband with the same story, telling him that they will post my bill... And so I wait for the bill in order for me to get their banking details as I am 40km from Medi Clinic and do not drive to Welkom often. on the 9th of January we receive a final demand saying we will now be handed over (on the 7th of January), still I did not receive a bill, I sent them a email telling them my problem and that I was just waiting for their bill and their banking details, the lady gave it to me and I immediatly made a payment, we receive their bill on the 16th of January. Today 17 January we receive a letter that we are now on ITC!!! This is absolutely ubsert!!! Handing people over in less than a month!!! Next time I will rather use another hospital!!! Medi Clinic wont see me again by choice!!!
