An account under my name was opened on 23/12/13. The call center requested an affidavit with my id which was faxed on 6/1/14.I received an sms that i will be contacted in 1 working day. I have not been contacted. I called Vodacom today but was told that if i cannot give them my id they cannot help me. (NB They have my faxed affidavit enclosing my id copy)- Pleae advise how you will urgently resolve. My current statement reflects a debit for this activation.
