On the 14th of November 2013 I applied for an upgrade on my Vodacom contract, everything went smoothly until the courier arrived at my office and I was not available, the phone iPhone 5S was returned to Vodacom warehouse Great Stuff.

So here's the deal I just need the phone returned seeing that I've been paying 2 months for it!! But no not so easy I've spoken to a lot of people at Vodacom from client service to cancellation... and no luck emails have been sent to their "other departments" and I had to wait 48 hours which I did phoned again and the whole system starts again an no luck... I'm very patient and my patients is finished!! I understand systems but Vodacom's system is bad and the service... Everything is apparently recorded on their side and I hope they can refer back to them and understand my frustration.

Shame on you Vodacom!!! it is 2014 and I still have no phone but yet you are my money THAT IS CALLED!!!
