I ordered a phone online 17 October 2013, Ram Couriers claim that their driver was not able to find my shop which I find hard believe as our shop is very well marked, they returned the phone to Vodacom and it has now been impossible to try and get Vodacom to have the phone delivered. I have been phoning every day and nobody seems to know when I will be getting this handset. Everybody has a different story I held for 64 minutes today with no luck. All I want is a honest answer, the latest is that Ram has not returned this phone it is not my problem!!! I want Vodacom to send the phone as I am paying for something that I have not received yet.
