We have not had internet for close to 4 months now. In that time we have probably logged 6 faults which is the same fault and has still not been resolved even though the technician comes out does something and leaves and says its fixed.. Up till now there has been no change like he was not even there and the biggest issue with Telkom is that there is no checks done to make sure the technician has done the job correctly aswell as the fact that there is no one that can give you a straight answer. We are about to cancel with them if this is not sorted out. we are paying for something that does not work and no one at telkom can gives us a straight answer.. So how frustrated must we not be. I have spoke to managers in the call centre who has promised to call me back and they have never done so.
