My Telkom telephone and ADSL lines stopped functioning on 02 Mar 2013. I logged the fault that morning (ref 208CNK020313) and now 6 days later still nothing has been done about it. I work from home over the internet and have been unable to do so for 6 days now!!! Tried escalating at the call centre (ref 500999) but still no technician has turned up to fix the issue. This is the 6th fault I have logged with Telkom in the last 6 months and it's just getting ridiculous now. I'm completely fed up with such incompetent infrastructure and service, for which I have to continue paying a substantial fee every month. Please Telkom, do something!!!
