Upgraded, late delivery, wrong colour phone

Did my 2 year upgrade over the phone at head office on the 30 October 2013. Ref 2920155. I spoke to Thami Shezi. I emailed him my address for delivery. On this call i asked specifically for a White Samsung galaxy S4. The delivery would be in 7 to 11 working days, he said it would arrive sometime the following week. No phone arrived. I called the call centre, no one could help, eventually got to Gerald Ref 3090152. He said the phone was only order the 6 November 2013 and would take another 7 to 11 working days. Not happy. a phone already paying, would only arrive at the end of the month. Finally the phone arrived on the 12 November 2013 as promised the second time. But the wrong colour, phoned virgin mobile head office, they said it was supposed to be indicated to me that they are out of stock or stock availability in the first call. This was not done. They can only help within in 24 working hours, because Thami Shezi is on training. The principle is, nobody can give me a definite answer what i must do now, will i be getting a white phone? why am i paying for a phone i can not use? This is really bad customer service. Not a happy customer anymore, a valued almost 4 year client?
