Unacceptable to wait 4 days to approve a contract

I have applied for a new Smart XL contract at Vodacom Ballito. The ladies in the store have been very professional and helpful. Karen has been very caring but is not winning with Vodacom approvals department.
We applied for the contract last Saterday 4 January and Vodacom approved a Smart L contract which was not what I wanted and the paper work was resent through by Vodacom Ballito to Vodacom new contract approvals. We have been waiting since then for a response? I have left MTN due to bad service and poor signal to a much better signal on Vodacom only to find the same poor service! I cannot see what the problem is in approving the contract I have no bad debt record and can easily afford it. the contract price difference is R130 come on. I am without a phone leaving MTN for Vodacom and Vodacom have dropped me when I needed them most! Disappointed :( Can't believe it's taking so long.
