I bought a compact laplop in August 2012 through a contractual agreement of R189 monthly payment. After 3 months of using the laptop it stopped working. When I took it in to Mtn I was told that they don't do repairs on compact laptops and I was given several numbers to call for repairs. My attempts of getting the laptop failed and Mtn did not keep their end of the deal since they did not take it in for repairs.
I am frustrated since I now have a laptop I cannot use but I'm still paying the R189 per month.
