LAPTOP WITHOUT HARDDRIVE

I bought 2x laptops from Makro Polokwane in Jan 2012. In Jan 2013 I took my laptop for repairs as it did not switch on. Makro send the laptop away for repairs, only to phone me after more than a month to say that the HDD is missing and that I need to pay for a new one. We told Tsepo that we handed the complete laptop, and only removed the battery as they asked. On the return slip it also only shows that we kept the battery. They NEVER checked if there is a HDD in, which is their negligence. Tsepo phoned us again today to tell us that they are going to return the laptop unrepaired..which is not acceptable as the fault is on their side!!
