Paying for broken laptop

I'm so disappointed in FoneChoice for the service I receive. I brought a laptop from them last year to use as an extra income by starting a typing service. When I told them it was faulty because the numeric part of the keyboard would not switch on. I had to wait for almost two months before they come to collect it for repairs and another month and a half before I received it back. When I received the laptop from them, the protective plastic around the laptop was torn and it felt like a hotplate. they had the laptop for a month and now the numeric button that is suppose to turn it on asks what you want to delete. It malfunctioning and I believe I was sold a faulty laptop from the beginning. I informed them again and now I have to wait two week for them to come a pick up the laptop again for repairs. What is the point of buying something to earn extra money when you can't use it properly. They receive their instalment every month and I'm stuck with a broken laptop...
