Dear Makro
I am very dissapointed in the service I received from you. I bought a laptop Lenovo from you just over a year ago, the laptop had a 3 year guarantee, of course the hard drive or something failed and I could not use the laptop at all, I took this in to customer care over 30 days ago, and was assisted by Mr Parker who I believe is a manager there, he informed me that they will send the laptop in for repairs, and it will take around 5 working days, it's now over 30 days later, and after a call last week from Mr Parker I still have no laptop, as this was my work laptop I am renting a laptop costing me R120.00 per day. Come on really, cannot take this long to fix a faulty hard drive, I am really dissapointed in your service, and above all it's costing me time and money to be able to carry on with my work. I want a solution soon, so let me know.
It will not be easy to restore my faith in Makro after this saga.
