I bought my laptop from cell c. It worked for about 2 months and it stopped working. After having to run around after cell C they eventually had this pathetic company collect and repair my laptop. After saying that they can backup and repair my laptop for a charge I agreed and paid them. My laptop was with them from the 08/11/2013. Today 09.12.2013 I recieve my laptop back just to realise that they did not back up ANYTHING on my laptop, music, photos, videos and personal documents. I am furious it is something I will never get back in my life. My babies birth fotos. I mean seriously what about a phone call to warn me or maybe NOT charge me for something they cant actually do.
