Debit orders being returned

I have been a vodacom customer for many years in the middle of may i went into the vodacom shop and signed up for a data package to be added to my existing contract, while I was there I was told I would have to pay a once off connection fee which I paid at the shop. A few days later while checking my bank statement I see vodacom had debited my account, well they tried too, it was the middle of the month and there were insufficient funds available in that account so the debit order returned, firstly I was not aware i would be debited if I had know I would have made sure there was money available and now I have a unpaid fee from the bank of R90.At the end of may i called customer care to check my statement and amount due and made sure to have the correct amount in my account, end of may comes and the debit order returns again as the amount I was given was incorrect. So another unpaid fee from the bank of R90. I checked today online on my account and I see vodacom has now charged me a penalty fee of R100 per transaction returned. I do not feel this is fair now I am out of pocket for R380 of fees which could have been avoided if I had been given the correct info.
