Ridiculous "Terms and Conditions"

My phone had been out of my vehicle via forced entry. No windows or locks were broken, the door wasnbent open using a screwdriver or a similar object. To repair my door I simply had to bend it straight myself. I have reported the incident, had it investigated and provided a statement to the insurance department. They refuse to approve my claim due to not providing an invoice of repairs to the vehicle. I offered to send photos, get quotes for the repairs even take the car to them to inspect for themselves, but they still refuse to accept the offer due to their terms and conditions. It has now cost me money, which I had to borrow, to have repairs done to my door which was completely unnecessary in order for me to have my phone replaced which I pay almost R1000 for every month without fail. I have asked to speak to a manager which "was not available" even though I could hear her speak in the background, left a message and am still awaiting a phone call.
After all this trouble, if I simply said I lost my phone, it would have been replaced without any hassles. How does this make any sense? These "terms and conditions" seriously need to be revised.
