I applied for a line to be moved on 12 December 2013, I call on 30 December 2013 to find out when my line will be installed. To my horror this application I was basically forced to do on the web went missing. So now I apply via phone and web. 2 weeks later I am informed after 1 hour on the phone that there is no infrastructure and its not considered in this period and there is no guarantee that It will be considered in the next period. its not like I moved to the sticks, this is a suburb, there is a phone line on the property that use to be adsl and have now been changed to prepaid. Now I am trying to get alternatives that is not going to cost me more than what I pay now, but alas 1.30 minutes later i am still waiting. Is this what we have to look forward to in this country, no service, slack comeback and actual bad attitude. Oh there is the odd person saying sorry, but sorry does not help my situation. I now have to use opposition facilities that is costing me a fortune.
