1. I have been trying to phone the Woodlands branch for the past two weeks on two different numbers found on the Autopage website. Nobody answers these numbers.
2. Phone the customer line, the gentleman could not solve my problem as he can only view one (current) statement. He can not view the previous month's statement. (a little silly i think)
3. I sent an e-mail to the complaints line. Automated response said they will get back to me within 24 hours. It has been 2/3 days now.
