Refer to my first e-mail on 17/1/2013 where I got an acknowledgement back to confirm that a customer service consultant will contact me within 24 hours. Six days later and I'm still waiting for a response.
On 23/01/2013 at 9h00 I sent the same request again and said that I'll wait until 12h00 for the information that I want on e-mail. It is now 16h23 and I'm still waiting.
Can someone at Autopage phone me back very urgently and sent the required information to me at my e-mail adress as requested!
If client service was important, someone would have contacted me before 12h00. Apparently Autopage does not even mind about bad publicity. I said in my e-mail of 23/01/13 that I will visit the website for a response if someone at Autopage do not phone me back.
