I upgraded myblackberry in november and the bis was included in the contract but somehow the person who processed the upgrade removed the bis. I have been to the store 3 times now already to have this fixed and even spoke to the manager (Sarel Coetzee) he promised to phone me back and never did and each time I phone, he is busy or they say he will phone me back. This is not acceptible, they are wasting my airtime and my money since I'm being billed for their mistake. At the moment I don't get any bbm or whatsapp messages and have no access to my email and I need to send and print important documents from my email.
