Terrible service from autopage

We went to autopage woodlands on Friday to take out a contract, we were given the phone and then told to go back the next day when the phone was ported, when going back we worked with someone who was not interested in us and half asleep. We had to pay for a new sim card which we were not advised about, we had to tell the guy we hadn't signed a contract yet and then the contract was missing and the sim swap was then supposed to take 24 hours. I then called the next day to find out what was happening and was then told it is 24 WORKING hours. I have been waiting almost a week for my sim swap and it is still not swapped, when calling no one answers the phone.
