Autopage
No Response, no feedback - NO NOTHING

I upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy SIII LTE about a month ago. It was delivered to me without hassle, but unfortunately something was wrong with the instrument. I took it to Autopage Woodlands to be replaced. They promised me I can get it in 3 days. # Days later I was back, no phone. They told me they will call me within a day. No call. I went back and they said I must come and collect my phone in 5 days, but they will phone me.

I never got a call. I tried to phone them today for 3 hours but the phone just rings - no answer.

I do not think I will visit that branch ever again...
