Phone Problems

I have 5 lines with Autopage, 4 Black Berry phones, 3 with problems, line 0836004325 phone 8520 under 12months just dies and gives a white screen, the other Line 0845470459 a 9300 scroll button not working and battery last 2 hours, my phone 9700 after it has been exchanged before the baterry life is half a day sometimes less. I use the phones for business and Autopage after being a customer for almost 10years can not swap the phones or give me a loan phone. One person says that the CPA or something is only 10 days other say 6 months. In my opinion BlackBerry is the worst phone ever and the people selling it knows that but still sells it to you and when you phone you get the run arround.
