SECOND AUTOPAGE COMPLAINT, STILL NO FEEDBACK

This is the second complaint I'm posting on Hellopeter regarding my Autopage account. The first complaint I posted was on 23/01/2013, I have been battling for over a month now to get answers from Autopage regarding my 3G bill. Autopage claims that I owe them R8252.92 for Dec2012/Jan2013, on average my mothly bill for my Cellphone and 3G is about R900pm, I have requested a detailed statement with all the charges on my account since 17/12/2012 and up to date I have received nothing from Autopage, they suspended my line on the 23/01/2013 meaning that I cant make any calls even though the problem is on my 3G account and not on my cellphone. When I upgraded my 3G Card last year I requseted that my line be softbared if I exceed R50 on my 2GIG special, however I was never informed during December that there was a problem and my 3G was never softbared??? I have been trying my best to get a response out of Autopage and even supplied them with the info they requested to investigate the matter, I dont know what to do anymore, nobody seems to be able to assist me and resolve the issue??? This is the worst service ever, being a loyal Autopage customer for 6 years seems to count for nothing.
