Took out contract, product not received

Took out data contract dd 04.01.14, receive sms to say contract approved, have as yet received no product. Manager avoiding my calls, phone on voice mail, staff in shop unable or unwilling to assist. Confidential documents handed over to store not found on system. Where has my docs gone to?? Why am I not getting any service? Absolutely PATHETIC!!!
