I went to Nashua Mobile on Wednesday 12.06.2013 to appy for data contract. I filled forms and gave all the required documents. their system was offline & I had to leave & be informed once approved. The following day just before I knock off, He called me and informed me that the contract has been approved and I must come and sign. I arrived on Friday after work. On arrival he let me sign all paperwork & when I waited for what I signed for he told me its on order for Tuesday. I informed him that I am not happy should I have known I would not have signed. Same day Friday I went to another service provider & my application was approved & I was given what I signed for, since I wanted to use data.
I Phoned them to inform him that I do not want the service anymore. The store was closed. I phoned on Tuesday & he let me sign cancellation.
On the 15th of July I was billed R619 for product I never received. On 15th August I was billed R2194. I found them tsotsies. What is this money for whereas I received nothing from them. I thought Nashua Mobile is a proffessional store. It was my first time doing business with them & had such a bad experience.
