In the beginning of the year I took a contract out with MTN for a Samsung S4.
I after doing a telephonic contract sign up I received my phone a few days later and the thing was faulty, had it for 2 days where it would get so hot that I thought it was going to set on fire.
I phoned the call centre back and they redirected to me Morningside, Morningside were unwilling to help and made me stand around for 2 hours, told me they couldn't help cause I didn't get the handset from them, but I could cancel the contract, so I did.
After 2 months of fighting the letters stopped and the debit orders stopped.
BUT NOW I RECEIVE A LETTER OF DEMAND AND I HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER FOR A PRODUCT AND SERVICE THAT I DONT OWN!!! NO ONE IN MTN CAN HELP!!!
I followed all of MTN procedures as well as the consumer protection act by returning the faulty within the said time!!
