I first reported on the 27th November 2013 that my line was down (no landline or wifi signal), ref 105CRK271113, then on 04/12/2013 I got a sms that my issue was restored, which wasn't. Then I went into the Store at Greenstone mall, and on the phone I reported the issue again on 23/12/2013, ref 404CRK231213. I would like the line to be fixed asap as I've paid for 2 months for no services. If I do not get a refund for the 2 months of services paid and not rendered I insist on receiving 2 extra months of free service.
