Staff unable to assist with upgrade

My Internet 5 Promo contract (R 340pm) is due 4renewal & I would like 2upgrade SmartPlan100 (R 369pm), which has 5gig data per month & Q10.Went 2 Cresta store 2upgrade, only 2b informed by David that I cant upgrade from a "data" contract 2 a "voice" contract. I then asked any of the store staff or call centre manager 2 explain 2 my why this isnt possible & wher in their t&c's on the contract I signed it states this & until now no1 is able 2 answer me, accept 4 saying their system doesnt allow it. Atfer 1hr on the phone with SOC & still no1 having an answer 4 me, Meagan (from SOC) logged case, no 6859131, with 24-72hrs response time, but she also advised me 2 try again@a store 2 maybe get a result sooner. Then went to Clearwaters store, saw Sihle, he made a few calls, said Osman from retentions not in, will try at 13:30 &advise. @17:00 went 2 store after receiving no response, only 2b informed that was unable 2 reach Osman from retentions & has escalated it. Called call centre @ 17:40, Thembi (manager in Dbn call centre) advise that she will get me back 2 me in 30min & now its 20:30 & still no response from any1. Very dissappointd. Been a customer 4 many yrs, acc always up 2date. Very unhappy.
