Seems like a favor and then it isnt

I asked Riyhaad if I could upgrade and he confirmed via email, which I did on the 1st of Nov 2013 at MTN Centurion Mall. A consultant even phoned me afterwards to check if everything was ok. Now I keep getting messages from MTN that I am eligible for an upgrade. Another one??? And also my MTN Anytime 350 reflects on my account as an MTN Anytime 750, the package I migrated from on the 1st of November. It still shows as a Blackberry as well even though I have a Samsung with 500Mb data on my package.
I have sent numerous follow-up mails requesting assistance with no response.
I am tired now!
