On-line upgrades no longer available

Just wondering why the website has been changed so you can no longer order an upgrade phone online. You now have to leave your details so a consultant can call you back (if your lucky). As a result you can no longer view the phones available for upgrade as you used to be able to do, without going to a shop where the staff do not have the same range of phones available.
