I cellphone contract was due for an upgrade on 20th March 2013.

On 20th March, I ordered a Samsung S3 Mini which was offered on my package. This phone was ordered from the Vodacom Shop at the Standard bank centre. They advised me that they needed to order the phone. I have been in a few times but the phone had not yet arrived.

Today, 8th April, I find out that my phone that has finally arrived. I go to do the upgrade - only to be told that the phone it is no longer available on my package, and the phones that are available would mean I would downgrading the phone I currenly have. If I want that phone I need to upgrade to a more expensive package.

I think this service is shocking, and that the phone I ordered and was promised should be delivered.
