After hassles of getting my new contract tablet i made sure that i sign up for top up
I made it clear to the guy that assisted me Simon, that when bundles are finished on my contract i will top up.
only got the tablet on the 28th of December got my statement today and the amount outstanding is R965.44
I then phoned customer service i got through to a guy named Thabo, he had a bad attitude and was so short tempered with me, he told me the R965.44 is for 28 December to 31December. ow is that possible he could not answer that
i want to cancel my contract with immediate effect i am not happy at all, when i phone the store as advised by the lady from contract cancellations i got through to the manager at sandton city named Bate, she gave me even worse attitude and hanged up on me while i was talking to her, how is that customer service?
I am very disappointed to be treated like that she did not give me a chance to speak or explain myself
Was told i can cancel within 14days today is the 13th day and she says she can not except the tablet and hanged up
Vodacom is this how you treat your customers?
