We had our contract for 2 years and on Thursday (28 of Feb) when i phoned Cell C to upgrade they told us that they no longer upgrade customers with Redbull phones due to the phones being discontinued. Why cant they upgrade our phones after all our contract is with Cell C and they can give us different phones. Its not our fault that Redbull has been discontinued and they never warned us about that beforehand. Will you please help us? Thanks
