Capitec line meant to be free

Good day,

Please make the Capitec mobile service free.
The following service line is meant to be free to allow Capitec Bank clients to load airtime using *130*3279#
Free of charges and then the *120*3279# is the one we pay for when wheel d transaction, really I do not need airtime to buy airtime.

Please rectify that error. Thanks
