I recently decided to change from what i thought was a useless cellular network at the time to Mtn, only to realise that my previous network would have been a better option!
After signing papers for my new Mtn top up 200 package i get home only yo find out that the phone has not been rica'd in store even though i have papers to say it has. I was then told my first payment would be in the new year in January, but turns out this was a mistake on the consultants behalf when the payment came off in December (which is not my problem!! But false advertising is always the perfect way to make commission i guess!!!)
I then discover that i am not receiving data for my brand new smart phone that basically relies on DATA TO WORK. I go buy data out of necessity only to find out that i can't load data because i was signed on the wrong package by mistake and no one seems to know how to fix it.
Long story short i have been to Mtn 7 times and i still have'nt gotten anything except pathetic service, bad attitude and complete and utter disappointment.
2 months later and still sweet nothing except one person blaming the next... if i could leave this contract right now i would!!
