I bought a Blackberry 9360 and insured it with Mtn in this year only it went in for repairs for 4 times already and when it comes back it still have the same problem. On the 20th I phoned mtn service centre to ask if the phone has been repaired she said the blackberry is ready to be couriered and I asked about the other phone which went for repairs s4 she said nothing is showing on this phone. She said she will come back to me she even confirmed my contact details. Until today I haven't heard anything from her. With the Blackberry I feel it won't be fixed it's better if it is replaced because every second month it goes in for repairs when it comes back my wife would have lost her photos and important documents. I've been an mtn customer for more than 10 years now and feel this is a bad service from them. Please rectify.
