I changed my bundle from Weekender to Top up. I was informed I will be paying R209 but later discovered I was paying R65 extra. I lodged a querie and even told them to listen to our conversation to prove I was never told about R65. I received an sms with reference S3-TBK2K-K2QJN on 31 March 2013 telling me it will be attended to. I later made a follow up and was send from pillar to post till I gave up. Till now no respond was given and I am still paying that extra R65 which they claim is the handset payment. I am not happy because I was not told of the money when I changed my price plan.
